1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United Kingdom (UK), covering England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
2. Order Processing Time
Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare, package, and hand your order over to the courier.
All orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed within [1–2] business days.
Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays are processed on the next working day.
Shipping Notification: You will receive an email with your tracking number immediately after your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Options and Costs (UK)
We offer the following shipping options via Royal Mail / DPD / Evri.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the moment the package leaves our warehouse.
4. Damaged or Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. We are responsible for the items until they are in your physical possession.
* Damaged in Transit: If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us at [Your Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging so we can swiftly raise a claim with the courier and arrange a free replacement or full refund.
* Statutory Rights: This logistical requirement of 48 hours for reporting damage does not affect your statutory right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to reject faulty goods within 30 days.
5. Incorrect Address or Uncollected Parcels
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
* Incorrect Address: If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. You will be responsible for the cost of the new shipping label.
* Uncollected Parcel (Right to Cancel): If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or uncollected, and you choose to cancel the order (Reject the goods), we will issue a full refund for the product cost and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option. However, we reserve the right to deduct any return fees charged by the courier for sending the package back to us. If you request a reshipment, you will be charged the new shipping cost.
